En nog steeds stromen er nieuwe berichten binnen van de CES-beurs in Las Vegas. Nu is het de beurt aan een kersverse camera. De nieuwe SH100-camera van Samsung heeft ingebouwde Wi-Fi. Hierdoor kun je foto’s direct plaatsen op Picasa of Flickr en video’s met één klik op YouTube zetten. Maar er is meer! Wanneer de camera en jouw Samsung Galaxy S een Wi-Fi-netwerk delen, dan kun je met de camera een foto maken door je Galaxy S te gebruiken. Handig wanneer je een groepsfoto wil maken en er is geen voorbijganger beschikbaar om het kiekje te maken. Met de Galaxy S is het zelfs mogelijk om de camera te laten in- en uitzoomen. Is de foto eenmaal gemaakt? De Galaxy S voegt extra gegevens toe, bijvoorbeeld de locatie waar de foto is gemaakt.
De camera is vanaf maart verkrijgbaar in de Verenigde Staten voor 199 dollar. Nog geen woord over een Europese release, maar waarschijnlijk arriveert de camera nog voor de zomervakantie.
